Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθι τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἐπιφανίῳ τῷ Ῥαδενῷ.

Mother of God, help your servant Epiphanios Rhadenos.

Commentary

The reading of the owner's family name is not entirely certain.
