Translation

Δέσποινα, φρούρι Τιλοπείνῳ Στεφάνῳ.

Sovereign lady, protect Stephen Tilopeinos.

Commentary

We propose that the reading the owner's family name may be Tilopeinos; there appears to be a faintly preserved T at the beginning of the third line of the reverse.
