Translation

Κρανεότου Θεοδότου δούλου Χριστοῦ καὶ Θεοτόκου κόμητος τῆς κόρτης.

Theodotos, son of Kraneotes, servant of Christ and the Theotokos, komes tes kortes.

Commentary

We take the name Kraneotes, given on the obverse, as the name of the owner's father. The reading of the last part of the reverse is by no means certain.
