A bird walking to the right carrying a bell on a stick. With concentric borders of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginining with a cross at twelve o'clock:

[Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθ(ει) τῷ] σο δωύλων

Reverse

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Last two lines poorly preserved. Border of dots.
