The Mother of God standing (orans?), the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla preserved at right: θυ̅ : [Μ(ήτη)ρ] Θ(εο)ῦ. Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:
θκεοηθ,τσλ,
Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθ(ει) τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)

Commentary
The first letters in the circular inscription on the reverse and too indistinct to offer a plausible reading of the owner's Christian name.
