The Mother of God standing (orans?), the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla preserved at right: θυ̅ : [Μ(ήτη)ρ] Θ(εο)ῦ. Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

θκεοηθ,τσλ,

Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθ(ει) τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)

Reverse

The Archangel Michael standing. Details indistinct. Sigla on either side: μι|.α : Μιχα(ήλ). Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

π̣ρ̣α̣δ̣..τμανηακη

... τῷ Μανηάκῃ

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ ... τῷ Μανηάκῃ.

Mother of God, help your servant ... Maniakes.

Commentary

The first letters in the circular inscription on the reverse and too indistinct to offer a plausible reading of the owner's Christian name.
