Half length of the Virgin orans with a medallion of Christ before her; very worn. Sigla: ̅θυ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.

Reverse

St Nicholas, blessing with his right had and holding a gospel book in his left. Inscription in two columns: ̣|̣|Η|Λ||Ο|Σ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Νηκώλαος. Border of dots.
