St John the Baptist blessing with his right hand and holding a closed scroll with his left. Inscription in two columns: |Ι̅|Ο,|Ο,: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ Πρό(δρομος). Border of dots.

Reverse

St Panteleimon, holding a medical scalpel or tool in is right hand and an indistinct object in his left. Inscription in two columns: |ΠΑ||ΤΕΛ|Ε|Η|, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Παντελεήμ(ων). Border of dots.
