St Panteleimon, possibly holding a small cross in his right hand and an uncertain object, possibly a medicine box, in his left. Inscription in two columns: |Π||Τ̣|Ε̣|̣: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Παντελ(εή)μ(ων). Border of dots.
