Translation

σφραγὶς Στεφάνου τῶν γραφῶν καὶ πρακτέων τοῦ Εὐγενιωτιάδου ἐκ ῥίζης πεφυκότος.

Seal of the letters and acts of Stephen, who is from the Eugeniotiades by descent.

Commentary

It is possible that the owner's family name was Eugeniotes; the form of the name on the seal may be a variation made necessary by the metrical requirements.
