Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθ(ει) Ἐλευθερίῳ.  مؤمن بن علي

Lord, help Eleutherios, Mu'min ibn Ali.

Commentary

Both sides seem to contain names; it is unclear whether the two here identified the same person who went by a Greek and Arabic name.
