Translation

Ἰωάννου στρατηλάτου δούλου τῶν ἁγίων μαρτύρων (?)

John, stratelates, servant of the holy martyrs (?)

Commentary

The final character on the reverse appears to be out of the field, possibly indicating a previous use for the seal. The reading of the final portion of the reverse inscription is conjectural.
