St Agathonikos standing, holding the martyr's cross before him in his right hand. Sigla in columns on either side: ||Γ|Θ|Ο||Κ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἀγαθόνηκ(ος). Along the circumference, traces of a circular inscription beginning with a cross at seven o'clock: Κ̣Ε̣̣Ο̣Η̣.....̣Ο̣Υ̣Λ̣̣ : Κ(ύρι)ε βοή[θ(ει) τῷ σῷ] δούλῳ.
