Translation

ὁμωνυμοῦντά σοι Χρυσόμαλλον σκέποις, τῆς Καισαρείας θύτα, τύπε κανόνων.

Bishop of Caesarea, stamp of the canons, may you protect Chrysomallos whose namesake you are.

The inscription is made up of two twelve-syllable verses.
