Translation

τὴν πανυπερσεβαστόν, Ἁγνή, μοι σκέποις.

Holy One, may you protect me, (the wife of) the panhypersebastos.

Commentary

The feminine form of the definite article τὴν confirms that this seal belonged to a woman, the wife of the title holder.
