In the middle, within a border of dots, a cruciform invocative monogram (type V): Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Along the circumference, within a wreath border, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock: ΤΩΟΥΛΩΣΟΥ̣Ν̣.Ρ̣Ε̣̣.

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δούλῳ σου Ἀν[δ]ρέᾳ

Reverse

Inscription of six lines beginning with a cross; last line indistinct. Thin wreath border.
