Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μαριανοῦ ὑπάτῳ καὶ διοικητῇ.
Mother of God, help your servant Marianos, hypatos and dioiketes.
Commentary
Note the discrepancy between the owner's name in the genitive case, followed by his title and office in the expected dative.
