Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντίνῳ ἀνθυπάτῳ, πατρικίῳ, ὑπάτῳ, κριτῇ τοῦ Βήλου καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ βεστιαρίου.
