Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ (καὶ) γενικ[ῷ] λογοθέτῃ.

Theotokos, help your servant Theodore, hypatos and general logothetes.

Commentary

The seal owner’s name is not fully certain. The proximity of the lower curve of the first letter on the second line reverse and the vertical element of the second letter suggests that the latter is a rho rather than a tau; if the last letter on the first line is indeed a delta, “Theodore” is the likely reading.
