Obverse

Τhe Virgin orans with a medallion of Christ before her. Sigla: ̅ΘΥ : Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ; flanking Christ’s head within nimbus: Ι̣Σ̣̅χΣ̣̅ : Ἰ(ησοῦ)ς [Χ(ριστό)]ς. Border of dots.

Reverse

Bust of St Panteleimon; his right hand is obscured; while holding an uncertain object in his left hand, most likely a medicine box. Inscription in two columns: ̣|Π|Α̣Ν̣Τ̣|Ε̣|Λ,|ΗΜ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Παντελ(ε)ήμ(ων).
