Eagle with uplifted wings and head turned to right; in field above head of eagle, cruciform invocative monogram (type V). Wreath border.

Θεοτόκε βοήθει

Reverse

Cruciform monogram, reading Τελλῷ (?); in the quarters: .οΣ.|ΔΛο. Wreath border.

τὸ σ δούλο Τελλῷ (?)

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τὸ σὸ δούλο Τελλῷ (?).

Theotokos, help your servant Tellos (?).

Commentary

The reverse cruciform monogram is cut-off on part of its upper region; as a result, the top letter is cut off completely, but most likely must be a Τ or Γ to fit within the border of the monogram.
