Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Σισιννίῳ (?) πατρικίῳ.

Theotokos, help your servant Sisinnios (?) patrikios.

Commentary

It looks similar to Zacos-Veglery, no. 2368a, which reads Σισιννίῳ, although the broken top letter seems to be a ου ligature, not a σ; this would make the name Ἰωάννου (John), the genitive ending of which is incongruous with the dative πατρικίῳ on the same side (with the invocation from the obverse). This fact makes it more likely that this seal is of the same sort as that of Zacos.
