Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear over his right shoulder and a shield in his left hand. Inscription in columns on either side: |θ|ε|οδ||ρ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδωρ(ος). Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines. Border of dots.

Translation
