Bust of the Mother of God with both hands held in front of her. Sigla: MΡ̅ΘΥ̅ : Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Circular inscription.

Reverse

Patriarchal cross on step with an X at the lower crossing. Fleurons rise from the base of the cross to just above the lower crossing. Pellet decoration to left and right of upper crossing. Circular inscription.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῖ σῖ δούλῃ Εὐδοκίᾳ.  ... Εὐδοκίᾳ μαγιστρίσσῃ.

Theotokos, help your servant Eudokia.  ... Eudokia magistrissa.

Commentary

The reverse inscription may contain a second invocation, perhaps either Κύριε or Σταυρὲ βοήθει.
