Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῖ σῖ δούλῃ Εὐδοκίᾳ. ... Εὐδοκίᾳ μαγιστρίσσῃ.

Commentary
The reverse inscription may contain a second invocation, perhaps either Κύριε or Σταυρὲ βοήθει.
