Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Κωνσταντίνου διακόνου / κανδιδάτου.
Theotokos, lend Thy aid. (Seal of) Constantine deacon / kandidatos.
Commentary
Both κανδιδάτου and διακόνου are possible readings in conjunction with the name Κωνσταντίνου in the reverse monogram--or indeed, any other title or office that contains a Δ and uses the letters within the name of Constantine.
