Translation

Ἀνανίου δούλου τῆς Θεοτόκου.

(Seal of) Ananias, servant of the Theotokos.

Commentary

The obverse monogram is not certain, but likely reads Ananias. John is not possible as there is no Ω, and Julian is possible but significantly less likely because the Ν is duplicated as in Ananias, instead of an explicitly spelled out Λ filling one of those two spots.
