In the center, the Mother of God standing, holding the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla on either side: ̅θυ̅: Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. To her right, a bust of St Nicholas, beneath which is an inscription: νικ,|λαο,: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Νικ(ό)λαο(ς). To her left, the bust of a (female?) saint who cannot be identified owing to the damage of the inscription below. Along the circumference, an inscription beginning at seven o'clock. Border of dots.
