Τhe Virgin orans with a medallion of Christ before her. Sigla preserved at left: Μ̣̅ : Μ(ήτηρ) [Θ(εοῦ)]. Border of dots.

Reverse

Patriarchal cross on two steps with tendrils springing from the base of the cross; each arm of the cross terminates in a sphere. Possible remains of an inscription flanking the cross-arms: .Σ̣̅–Κ̣̅  : [Ἰ(ησοῦ)ς] [Χ(ριστὸ)]ς [νι]κ(ᾷ). Indeterminate border.
