Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μουσόνῃ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant Mousones, spatharokandidatos and chartoularios.

Commentary

The damage to the fifth letter in the third line of the reverse prevents confirmation of the owner's (unusual) name; we read the letter as omicron, and hence the owner's name as Mousones.
