Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀνδρονίκῳ βεστάρχῃ καὶ κατεπάνω τῷ Φιλοκάλῃ.

Mother of God, help your servant Andronikos Philokales, vestarches and katepano.

Commentary

Andronikos Philokales was active in the 1060s and is attested as katepano of Bulgaria in the Strategikon of Kekaumenos; see PBW Andronikos 103.
