The ms. begins with a prescription against cattle death and plague.  On f. 1r. begins the text "τοῦ Ψελλοῦ πρὸς τὸν Μιχαῆλ βασιλέα τὸν Κομνηνὸν κεφάλαια θεολογικά..." (Iter Psellianum: [890] PHI.167)

On f. 9 v. the names of Old Testaments prophets have been written in by another hand in the margin.

ff 12r-11v have been left blank

ff. 13 begins in a new hand "περὶ τῶν θείων σχέσεων διάλεξις"

The manuscript is listed in Pinakes but the entry is blank.
