Discusses Beatrix Farrand's plan to visit Dumbarton Oaks, the request for funding pamphlet for the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens she will review, a book Mildred Bliss can disregard buying, and the state of the Guadalupe Cypress and King Albert Sequoia at the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens according to Mr. Van Rensselaer. When Beatrix Farrand is done reviewing pamphlet, she will send directly on to Mr. Van Rensselaer.
