Commentary
Constantine Anzas is attested on five seals: three at Dumbarton Oaks (see the links in this entry), one in Istanbul (no. 168a-40, published in J.-C. Cheynet, T. Gökyıldırım, and V. Bulgurlu, Les sceaux byzantins du Musée archéologique d’Istanbul, no. 2.17), and one at the Bibliotheque nationale, Paris (BnF 393). This last, whose inscription lacks the final line, is published by Laurent, Corpus 2: no. 381 (with photo of BZS.1958.106.3908), and dated to the eleventh century.
