Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Ἰωάννῃ κουροπαλάτῃ καὶ δουκὶ τῷ Συναδηνῷ.

Mother of God, help John Synadenos, kouropalates and doux. 

Commentary

The restoration of the owner's name as John and the confirmation of his title as kouropalates have been confirmed with reference to a better preserved parallel cited in PBW: Ioannes 119.
