Holy Trinity, our God, help your servant Lykastos, hypatos, imperial spatharios and strategos of Cephalonia.

Commentary

Obviously the reconstruction of the last half of the reverse inscription is highly conjectural, but it is supported by the similarity of the present specimen with the others published in DO Seals 2, 1.15: see the entry for BZS 1955.1.2044 and its three counterparts issuing from the same boulloterion (1955.1.2045-2047).
