Translation

. . . βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωαννῃ β(ασιλικῷ) (or πρωτο)σπαθαρίῳ μυστογράφῳ καὶ ἐξάρχῳ τῷ Μόσχῳ.

. . . help your servant John Moschos, imperial or protospatharios, mystographos, and exarch.

Commentary

We may propose that the owner's Christian name was John, since the missing part of the third line of the obverse has space enough only for two or three letters, enough to accommodate the abbreviation for that name and perhaps the abbrevation for imperial or proto- before spatharios. See F317 and PBW: Ioannes 20622.
