One of a set of twenty perspectives in oval frames, this image displays features that characterize the whole series. It is composed in accordance with strict symmetry, showing the interior of an open-vaulted structure that links the foreground with the building in the background. Strapwork and arabesque ornaments in the four corners are of the kind commonly found in intarsia work of the period.
